Cookie policy.
How we use cookies on nexilonvarentis.pro, and what control you have over them.
How we use cookies
Nexilon Varentis uses three categories of cookies. Each is described in detail below.
- Strictly necessary cookies. Required for session management, authentication, and security. These cannot be disabled without preventing core platform functionality. Examples: session token, CSRF token, two-factor authentication state.
- Analytics cookies. Provide aggregated, anonymised usage data so that we can improve the platform. We do not use third-party tracking pixels for marketing-attribution purposes; analytics are processed in-house on EU-resident infrastructure.
- Marketing cookies. Measure the effectiveness of our outbound communications (such as the quarterly newsletter) and tailor the delivery of content to your stated preferences. These can be disabled without impact on the platform's core functionality.
Managing your preferences
You may manage or disable cookies at any time through your browser settings. Disabling strictly necessary cookies may prevent parts of the platform from functioning correctly (in particular, sign-in and two-factor authentication will fail). Analytics and marketing cookies can be disabled without impact on platform functionality through the cookie-preference panel in your account settings.
Third-party cookies
We use a small number of third-party services that may set their own cookies, including: our content-delivery network (for performance), our error-monitoring provider (for stability), and our payment processor (for deposits via card). Each of these is documented in our subprocessor list, available on request.
Retention
Session cookies are deleted automatically when you close the browser. Persistent cookies are retained for a maximum of twelve months from the date of last interaction, after which they are deleted automatically. We do not maintain a "permanent" cookie of any kind.
