Our operating principles
Our principles favor rigor over volume, and operational discipline over headline marketing. We hire slowly. We deploy carefully. We publish a public engineering log where we document our technical decisions in detail — including the ones that did not work out. That decision was unpopular when we proposed it. We made it anyway, and now we believe it has been one of the most useful things we have done.
Where we operate
Headquartered in Berlin. Engineering teams across the European Union and North America. Compliance operations split between Frankfurt and Dublin. We are small enough that the people who built the platform are still the people who answer your support emails.
