Open roles
Lead the next generation of our signal-generation models. You will work closely with the Research Desk to design, train, and ship reinforcement-learning models that interact directly with subscriber capital.
Help us build interfaces that make complex financial information legible. You will own end-to-end product flows from research through prototype to ship.
Be the named human advisor for a portfolio of Nexilon Varentis subscribers. You will be supported by the platform, but the relationship — and the responsibility for subscriber outcomes — is yours.
Help us scale our compliance operations across new jurisdictions. Experience with EU MiFID II framework required; familiarity with MiCA preferred.
Edit and shape the quarterly issue. Coordinate cover essays, the Research Desk briefs, and reader correspondence. You will care about prose as much as numbers.
How we hire
Submitted application reviewed within five business days. If we proceed: a first conversation (60 minutes), a craft exercise relevant to the role (offline, paid), a panel conversation with the team (90 minutes), and a final conversation with a member of the founding team. We aim to give a decision within three weeks of first conversation.
